When Schoolhouse “Graduated” from the “Nano” brewery in the basement to our new waterfront location, we upgraded to a 10 BBL, copper clad brew house along with several stainless Unitank Fermenters. This allow our Brewers to ferment, cool, carbonate and package our product efficiently in house! All recipes and Schoolhouse brews are produced here by our self-taught “Brew Crew”; Leigh Davison – Head Brewer and Reed Power-Grimm – Assistant Brewer.

We are proud to utilize high quality ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible along with a mix of high tech and manual brewing solutions/tools.

The result? Quality, small batch beer with hand crafted details!
